Gratuitous Kitty Shot of the Week

Look closely and you'll see that there are two critters in this photograph: Kiko, who is snoozing on the DF&C's desk, and a white-breasted nuthatch on the rope above the bird feeder outside the window.

Kiko spends long hours at the window, close enough to see the nuthatches, sparrows, pine siskins and other winged ones, but not able to touch them. And all the while making that throaty ack-ack-ack sound that kitties make when they espy birdies.
