Skeletons in the Nuclear Power Closet

I have reluctantly concluded that nuclear power is one of the few viable non-fossil fuel options of the future in the U.S. I say reluctantly because the nuclear power industry has proven to be its own worst enemy and has squandered scads of goodwill over the years. Face it, Three Mile Island ain't the half of it.

Earning back that public trust is essential if new plants are to be built, but skeletons keep coming out of the commercial nuclear power closet. Check this out to see what I mean.
